How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend placing a reservation as soon as you make your travel plans to ensure the best service. Once you are in Seattle, our drivers are on-call and available to you anytime with a quick phone call. Reservations are always recommended, but we can work with short notice as well.

How do I make a reservation with Starz Towncar?

The easiest way is to book online at our secure reservations page. If easier, you can text or call us at 2067319079 to book your reservation.

Is there a charge for a car seat?

Car seats are extra $10 upon request, we recommend let us know in your reservation so your driver can come prepared for your pickup. Safety is our number 1 priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay cash directly to your driver.

What is the customary driver gratuity (tip)?

A customary gratuity for excellent service is a minimum 20% which is mandatory

Can you drive me to multiple places in a day?

Yes. Our drivers are at your service for medical appointments, shopping, beach day and much more.

What are your rates? Are there any hidden charges?

All of our rates are instant and there are no hidden charges. Driver gratuity is a manditory 20%. There are additional charges for tolls and car seats. Wait time and extra stops along the way are charged extra $15 per fifteen minutes wait time, and $55 after 25 min of wait time.

What if my flight gets delayed? Will I still be picked up?

Our drivers track your flight every fifteen minutes to ensure you are picked up regardless if your flight should come in early or late.

What if my flight gets cancelled?

If we see that your flight has been cancelled, we will attempt to call you for your new flight number. Please call us as soon as possible so we can start tracking your new flight. If you cannot call us before boarding a new flight, call us as soon as you arrive so a driver can be immediately dispatched.

If I book now, when will I be billed?

If you book online, you will be billed within 24hrs. If you choose to pay with card, our drivers accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay the day of service.
